- Winner must be over 25, have had a valid driving license for at least 2 years, and an NIE or DNI. - Prize must be used within 1 calendar year from date of win. - Prize cannot be transferred to another person or used for any other product nor taken in cash. - Tenerife Insurance Service SL will reimburse the cost of one year’s vehicle insurance by bank transfer, when taken with Tenerife Insurance Service agency, up to value of 330€, 45 days after it has been paid. - Policy to be in registered vehicle owner’s name. - Policy can be Third-Party, Third-Party Fire & Theft or Comprehensive – client chooses cover and options to be applied. - If the actual premium is MORE than 330€ the client has to pay the difference. - If actual premium is LESS than 330€, there is no refund of the difference. - Offer is exclusive to Tenerife Insurance Service SL as an agent of Generali and excludes any other offer available from Generali. |

| Oasis Fm Competition Rules | |

1. You must be over 18 years of age to enter our competitions unless otherwise stated. 2. Employees of Oasis Fm and other related companies, and any company associated to the specific competition and their families are not eligible to enter the competition. Nor shall any member of such person's family (including, but not limited to, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents etc). 3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. 4. The closing date is as specified in the relevant competition. 5. Winners will be formally notified within 7 days of the closing date. 6. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 7. The prize may not be transferred to any other person unless otherwise stated. 8. Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon notification. 9. No cash alternative or alternative prize is available on entrants request but in the event of the advertised competition prize being unavailable we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 10. Oasis Fm will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in a competition. 11. Competition winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with publicity. 12. Competition winners agree to keep confidential any knowledge about Oasis Fm and its business and personnel received by them as a result of the competition. 13. No responsibility is accepted for inaccurate prize details supplied by sponsors or 3rd party prize providers. 14. Use of false name or address, eg name by which the entrant is not usually known, will disqualify them from receiving any prize. Oasis Fm reserves the right to oblige any potential winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address as directed by Oasis Fm before such person may claim their prize. In certain circumstances, Oasis Fm shall, at its discretion, require any person to present themselves in person supported by such documentation for identification purposes prior to releasing the prize. 15. Contestants who are rude, abusive or deemed otherwise unsuitable by Oasis Fm will be excluded from the competition. 16. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Entry in the competition implies acceptance of these rules. 17. We will keep your personal details for a reasonable time so that we can send you any prize that you have won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. We may pass your details on to our service providers and agents for the purposes of sending you the prize on our behalf. 18. Oasis Fm may at any time issue specific rules to be read in conjunction with these rules. |
