Terms & Conditions of the Competition:
1. The Competition
“Who’s Laugh is it Anyway” is a competition run by Oasis FM in which listeners must correctly identify a celebrity based solely on an audio clip of their laugh. The competition runs every weekday until a correct answer is received.
2. How to Enter
o Entries must be submitted by WhatsApp only to 711 049 453.
o Entries submitted via any other method will not be accepted.
o Listeners may enter as many days as they wish, but only ONE entry person per day will be accepted (the first one we receive), and they MUST be in Tenerife if and when they win.
3. Answer Format
o Entries must contain the name of the celebrity only.
o Any entry containing additional words, comments, emojis, or unclear answers may be deemed invalid at the discretion of Oasis FM.
4. Prize & Rollover
o The cash prize begins at an amount determined by Oasis FM.
o For each weekday that the correct answer is not received, the prize will increase by €10.
o Once a correct answer is received, the competition will end and the prize will be awarded.
5. Winner Selection
o The first correct answer received, as determined by the WhatsApp timestamp, will be declared the winner.
o In the event that more than one correct answer is received, the entry with the earliest timestamp will be deemed the winner.
o There can be only one winner per celebrity.
6. Eligibility
o The competition is open to listeners aged 18 years and over.
o Employees of Oasis FM, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
7. Verification & Disqualification
o Oasis FM reserves the right to verify the identity of the winner before awarding the prize.
o Oasis FM may disqualify any entry or entrant it believes is attempting to unfairly influence or manipulate the competition.
8. General
o The decision of Oasis FM is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
o By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
o By entering, the winner agrees to allow Oasis Fm to use their image for publicity of the competition.
o Oasis FM reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances require.
