It looks like The Traitors isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, especially not its new celebrity edition. According to reports, the BBC has already confirmed a second series of the hotly anticipated Celebrity Traitors before the first has even aired.
Sources have told The Sun that the second run of the star-studded spin-off is already “a done deal”, with production teams wasting no time in planning the next round of deceit, drama, and backstabbing in the castle.
This news comes ahead of the debut series’ launch on BBC One this Wednesday, which promises to deliver all the tension and psychological twists fans have come to expect from the hit reality competition, only this time, with a cast full of famous faces.
The inaugural celebrity line-up reportedly includes Paloma Faith, Alan Carr, and Kate Garraway, among others. Hosted once again by the ever-mysterious Claudia Winkleman, the series will see celebrities take on the roles of Faithfuls and Traitors, battling for survival and a cash prize as lies, alliances, and betrayals unfold in the grand Scottish castle.
An insider told The Sun:
