Cristiano Ronaldo, one of the world’s most celebrated footballers, has announced his engagement to his long-time partner, model and businesswoman Georgina Rodríguez.

Ronaldo and Rodríguez have been together since 2016, after meeting in Madrid where she was working as a sales assistant in a luxury boutique.
