It seems A$AP Rocky may have accidentally spilled the beans while attending the world premiere of The Smurfs Movie in Brussels this weekend. The rapper, who showed up to support his partner Rihanna, the voice of Smurfette in the upcoming animated film, may have casually let slip that the couple are expecting a baby girl.
The couple, already parents to two young boys, RZA and Riot, were glowing on the red carpet. But a moment during Rocky’s interview with Entertainment Tonight is now making waves across the internet.
When asked, “Is that the girl you’ve been waiting for?”, Rocky didn’t hesitate, replying with a knowing smile, “It is, man, it is,” before raising a plush toy of Smurfette and trying to shift focus. But it was too late, fans had already picked up on what they believe was an unscripted gender reveal.

Within hours, clips of the interaction were circulating on social media with fans celebrating the apparent news. One user wrote, “We finally get Rihanna’s mini-me!”, while another added, “This family is about to be even more iconic.”
Though neither Rihanna nor Rocky have officially confirmed the pregnancy or the gender, rumours have swirled for months that a third baby is on the way. Rihanna, known for keeping her private life close to her chest, has not commented on the exchange, though she looked radiant at the premiere, rocking a bold, baby-blue gown that some say was a playful nod to the theme of the event (or maybe even a red herring?).
If confirmed, this will mark the couple’s first daughter, and fans are already speculating about baby names, potential fashion lines, and what this means for the future of Rihanna’s Fenty empire.
Whether or not the gender reveal was intentional, one thing’s for sure: this growing family just keeps getting cuter, and cooler.
