DUA LIPA TOPS 2025 HEAT RICH LIST AS THE UK’S WEALTHIEST STAR UNDER 30

Pop powerhouse Dua Lipa has officially been crowned the UK and Ireland’s wealthiest celebrity under 30, topping the Heat Rich List 2025 after a record-breaking year that saw her earnings skyrocket.

According to the annual ranking by Heat magazine, the 30-year-old singer-songwriter is estimated to have amassed a fortune of £83 million, thanks to her sold-out world tour, hugely successful brand partnerships, and continued chart domination.

The Dance the Night hitmaker, who also starred in the Barbie movie soundtrack, saw her Future Nostalgia tour gross an impressive £83 million, securing her position as not just a pop icon but a global business force.

It’s been a whirlwind 12 months for the London-born star, who has seamlessly combined music, fashion, and film. As well as touring across continents, Dua launched her own management and creative company, Radical22, and secured deals with luxury brands like Versace, YSL Beauty, and Puma.

“Dua’s global success is undeniable, she’s a true multi-hyphenate,” the Heat Rich List editors said. “Between her world tour, brand deals, and music sales, she’s achieved the kind of success most artists only dream of.”

Hot on her heels in second place is Tom Holland, whose estimated £37 million fortune comes from his blockbuster Spider-Man films and new business ventures. Holland, 29, has reportedly earned around £7.5 million per movie for his Marvel role and recently expanded his portfolio with the launch of his alcohol-free beer brand, Bero.

Lewis Capaldi takes third place with an impressive £35 million, following two hugely successful albums, sold-out tours, and a fan-favourite documentary that won hearts worldwide. His emotional Glastonbury 2025 comeback has also helped boost music sales and streaming figures.

In fourth place is Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi, now worth £24 million, following her beauty brand Florence by Mills and her recent wedding to Jake Bongiovi. Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury come in fifth, with a combined net worth of £22.1 million, largely driven by social media ventures, brand partnerships, and Fury’s boxing career.

Sophie Turner follows in sixth with £21.9 million, bolstered by new film projects and streaming royalties from Game of Thrones. Jorja Smith and rapper Dave share the next spot with £16.8 million each, with Dave’s Sprinter inching towards a billion Spotify streams after three number-one singles in the past year.

Rapper Aitch ranks ninth with £14.4 million, continuing to fly the flag for Manchester’s rap scene, while Sex Education star Asa Butterfield rounds out the top 10 with £13.7 million.

The 2025 list also welcomes nine new entries, including The Queen’s Gambit actress Anya Taylor-Joy, musician Holly Humberstone, and rising actor Leo Woodall, who gained international fame in The White Lotus.

Meanwhile, entrepreneur and Dragon’s Den star Steven Bartlett was named the UK’s richest podcaster, cementing his media empire with The Diary of a CEO and multiple business ventures.

At number 30 is Strictly Come Dancing contestant and Love Island winner Amber Davies, who lands on the list for the first time with a net worth of £1.7 million, thanks to her growing stage career and brand endorsements.

With Dua Lipa leading the way, this year’s Heat Rich List proves that the new generation of UK stars aren’t just talented, they’re business-savvy powerhouses redefining fame, fortune, and success in the modern age.
