Former One Direction star Niall Horan has made a major move, literally, by purchasing a stunning new home in West London for just shy of £10 million.
The singer, now 30, is settling into a more grounded and mature chapter of his life, swapping out his sleek London penthouse for a sprawling six-bedroom house in one of the city’s most exclusive neighbourhoods.
According to reports, Horan’s new pad is not just palatial in size but also in location, placing him among a host of A-list neighbours including Holly Willoughby and TV duo Ant & Dec. The luxurious property spans multiple floors and boasts everything you’d expect from a dream family home, plenty of space, privacy, and undeniable charm.
A source close to the star told The Sun, “Niall has bought himself a gorgeous house and now lives close to celebs like Holly Willoughby and Ant & Dec. He did have a very cool penthouse in London but wanted to get somewhere a little more grown-up.”
And it’s not just a solo move. The Slow Hands singer is sharing the space with his long-term girlfriend, Amelia Woolley. The couple, who have been quietly building their life together, are reportedly loving their new low-key lifestyle, along with their beloved dog, who’s now got plenty of room to roam.
“They’re just like any other couple in their 30s, bar the fact he’s got a fortune in the bank,” the insider added. “They’ve been spotted a few times in the neighbourhood now but people leave Niall alone and let him just get on with his day. It’s lovely that someone as well-known as Niall can live the quiet life he’s always wanted.”
After years of globe-trotting tours and red carpets, it seems Horan is embracing a more settled pace of life. The new home marks a milestone not only in terms of real estate but also in his personal evolution, from teen heartthrob in one of the world’s biggest boybands to a mature, grounded artist enjoying the fruits of his success.
While the singer continues to work on music and maintain a high profile in the industry, his focus appears to be shifting toward creating a peaceful home life, one that reflects where he is today. And with a £10 million mansion as the backdrop, it’s safe to say he’s found a pretty comfortable place to do just that.
