Netflix has officially confirmed the release date for one of the year’s most anticipated book-to-screen adaptations: The Thursday Murder Club will launch globally on Thursday, August 28.
Based on Richard Osman's bestselling novel, the film boasts a truly iconic cast, with Dame Helen Mirren, Pierce Brosnan, and Sir Ben Kingsley leading the way. Fans of the beloved series have been eagerly awaiting updates, and Netflix delivered with the first-look images released on Friday, offering a glimpse at the serious star power bringing Osman's quirky crime-solving pensioners to life.
Helen Mirren will step into the role of Elizabeth Best, the sharp and resourceful former intelligence agent.
